Feast is the creation of Sylvia Wilson, who began her culinary experience in 1996 when she and a friend opened Mizuna Restaurant and Wine Bar in downtown Spokane. After 10 years of growing Mizuna into a successful thriving business, she sold Mizuna to long time manager Mike Jones.  Her love for being in the kitchen continued to grow and eventually she figured out a way to meld her passion for cooking with her love for travel.... thru catering. Many of the menu items are inspired from her travels.

       

   

        

            Feast Catering and Events, Spokane’s premier caterer, offers full service catering to the Spokane and North Idaho areas.  Our philosophy is based on using only the freshest, seasonal ingredients, locally grown and organic as much as possible.  It is our belief that by selecting ingredients which are in season,  picked at their peak ensures flavors that are vibrant and satisfying. We are committed to supporting local farmers and producers throughout the inland Northwest and practice gentleness with the environment.  Mindful of creating cuisine that is wholesome and nutritious, our food is never heavy laden with unnecessary fats or artificial flavors. Everything is made from scratch always using fresh (not canned or frozen) products.

      

            From casual gatherings.... to formal events, Feast will work with you to create the perfect menu based on your preferences, budget and event style. Events of all sizes are welcome....from 20 people to 500 people. We offer plated dinners, buffet style options and drop off catering as well. We specialize and excel at catering on-site (backyard weddings, your business office, your home....etc.). Feast provides professional, polished staff and licensed bartenders to help facilitate your events.
