Since 1996, Sylvia Wilson, former owner of Mizuna Restaurant in Spokane has been catering in the Spokane area and Inland Northwest. After selling Mizuna in 2006, Sylvia began FEAST Catering which allowed her to do what she loves most....create delicious food. Sylvia’s solid reputation as a caterer and chef is based on her philosophy of using only the freshest, seasonal ingredients, organic and local whenever possible. She takes pride in supporting local farmers and businesses and practices gentleness with the environment.
